Colorado Mudjacking May Save You Money

With all the money that you have spent on installing concrete, you are likely interested in avoiding having to spend more, or at least making sure that any more money you spend actually counts. And one of the best ways to do that is by opting for Colorado mudjacking instead of having your concrete work replaced.
If you have a sidewalk or a concrete surface that has buckled and become uneven, you are a likely candidate for a Colorado mudjacking service. Over time, concrete slabs or segments can fall into disarray because of the shifting of the earth underneath. As gaps in the earth develop, individual segments of concrete tilt and slip into these gaps, resulting in an uneven surface up on top. This uneven surface can look pretty ugly, but more importantly, they can pose a significant hazard to passers-by.
This is where mudjacking comes in. By pumping slurry–which is a combination of cement, sand, and gravel–into holes drilled into the individual concrete slabs, they can be raised to their former position, essentially restoring the appearance and function of the concrete surface. The process is in fact so effective that the reinforced foundation is usually firmer and more stable than the original ground in which the concrete slabs were laid on.
Mudjacking is a great way to get more years of service out of your damaged concrete surfaces. To find out more, call Denver Mudjacking at 303-840-4725 and we will be glad to provide you with more information.
